台南市清晨驚傳死亡車禍，竟又疑似酒駕釀禍！今（7）日清晨5時許，台南市新營區長榮路一輛正在待轉區停紅燈的機車，不慎遭到後方一輛白色BMW轎車撞上，遭撞的老婦人當場慘死，現場殘骸怵目驚心。
今晨5時30分許，一名老婦人騎著機車，行經台南市新營區長榮路時，正在待轉區停紅燈，不料遭到後方一輛失速的白色的BMW轎車撞上，車禍現場殘骸散落滿地，老婦人所騎乘的機車也遭撞解體，肇事的車輛翻覆，連路樹都被撞斷，可見車速之快。
遭撞的老婦人當場慘死，屍體也因受到撞擊而不完整，肇事的轎車駕駛疑似酒駕。死者家屬憤而將此事po上網，痛批轎車駕駛的行為，將家中老奶奶撞到分屍，並徵求當時行經該路段民眾的行車紀錄器畫面。
台南市警察局新營交通分隊今早證實此車禍事件，但警方對此尚不便多作表態。車禍意外釀成騎士1死的悲劇，及汽車駕駛受傷，至於詳細肇事原因為何，警將調閱監視器畫面做進一步釐清。

越南台塑河靜鋼鐵廠去(2016)年4月排放汙水造成當地嚴重環境事故，嚴重衝擊民眾生計，台塑也付出5億美元鉅額賠償。越南政府將懲處11名失職官員。
越南「民智報」新聞網站今(23)日報導，越共中央檢查委員會近日召開有關追查台塑環境事故相關人士責任的會議後，22日做出11名官員瀆職情況重大，需要加以懲處的結論。
將遭懲處的越南官員，包括資源與環境部前部長阮明光（Nguyen Minh Quang）、前副部長裴格線（Bui Cach Tuyen）和前副部長阮泰萊（Nguyen Thai Lai）等5人；另外還有河靜省前省長武金炬（Vo Kim Cu）和永昂（Vung Ang）經濟區管理處前處長胡英俊（Ho Anh Tuan）等6人。不過，報導並未指出會採取何種懲處方式。
2016年4月底，台塑河靜省煉鋼廠排放汙水，造成越南中部為中心的沿海地帶大量魚群暴斃，約115噸死魚被沖到岸上，以及14噸已捕撈的魚貨和貝類死亡。汙染案已導致逾4萬名漁民失業或工作不穩定，另有約17萬6000人受到間接影響。越南輿論認為這是越南史上最大汙染事件。
2016年6月底，台塑河靜鋼廠對排汙道歉，並答應要對越南中部地區魚群死亡事件負責，承諾將支付5億美元的賠償金。為加以防範，越南資源與環境部已要求台塑河靜鋼廠更換設備，將現行焦炭濕式冷卻設備，更改為焦炭乾式冷卻設備，並安裝完善廢水排放和處理系統，提高廢水池容量及採樣檢測效率。
